How close to the beach is the condo?
We are about 300 to 400 feet from the beach. The perfect distance so that there is easy access to the beach but we also have a magnificent view of Buck Island and the Caribbean.
 
What is there to do on St. Croix?
Beaching (by law all are accessible to the public), scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, sight seeing (historical sights and a botanical garden), horse back riding, shopping (duty free), dining (many fine restaurants on the island), fishing, golf (two 18 hole courses and one 9 hole), tennis, gambling, and just relaxing on the condo decks and enjoying the beautiful view.
 
Do I need a U.S. passport to visit St. Croix?
St. Croix is a U.S. territory, so you do not need a U.S. passport to visit, but you will want to bring a picture ID.  This could change in the near future, so be sure to check with the appropriate officials before your trip to St. Croix.
 
What is the political climate of St. Croix?
Being a U.S. Territory the government is very stable and there is no political unrest. They also use U.S. Currency.
 
What is the best way to get to St. Croix?
US Air and Delta flies in direct from certain US cities.  Also, there is easy access from San Juan, Puerto Rico via American Eagle or Caribbean Sun Airlines.  The flight is approximately 40 minutes from San Juan to St. Croix.  Many major airlines fly to San Juan from the USA and Europe.
 
How many does the condo sleep?
Up to five adults/children.
 
Do rentals begin on any certain day?
We prefer that you start your rental on a Saturday and depart on a Saturday, however you may be able to start your rental on any day of the week, if we are not previously booked.  Please inquire.
 
What is the climate like on St Croix and is there a rainy season?
St Croix is a very dry island so there is no time that you could call a rainy season. The average temperature in the winter is 76° F (25° C) and in the summer the average is 81° F (27° C).
